Investment unit kitchen assembled, new splash back tiles - Lane Cove
When a family member went to a nursing home, the family renovated the unit to rent it out. Our work included, removing the old splash back tiles, assembling a flat-pack Kaboodle kitchen from Bunnings, installing it, laying new splash back tiles and grouting it, changing hinges on the balcony door, changing the taps in the kitchen and the bathroom, trimming two doors so they would close properly, installing a new vanity in the bathroom and re-grouting the shower. New carpet and vinyl flooring completed the entire renovation for around $12,000.
Fairlight Kitchen modifications
Work involved removing an old stove and the cabinet it was in, modifying several other cupboards, Installing a new ILVE stove and oven, dishwasher, range-hood and roof flueing, building a new facade and wine racks around the flu, cutting stone bench to new stove size.
Mona Vale complete Kitchen renovation
Work included fitting a supporting 6.5m beam into the ceiling so the original enclosed kitchen's walls could be removed making it a more modern open plan kitchen, the timber floor was patched to look natural, the old kitchen demolished, project managed the manufacture and installation of the new kitchen cabinets, electrical and plumbing work. Handy Work installed all the appliances, the range-hood and the sink, fitted new architraves, timber paneling, skirtings and new doors, painted the feature walls, installed new sliding doors to the deck, made and fitted bracket-less shelves to match the kitchen design as well as cabinets in the living room to match.
